We arrived by chance at this restaurant in the center of the old town of Vevey. We took the entrecôtes on the slate...the piece is just enough...3 butters seasoned differently are served with...why not put green pepper or mushroom sauces and butter instead, it's not practical at all as it is presented ..the bread is in a bag like it came from the bakery and placed on the table without explanation.. the vegetables cooked in oil which are served with it are good, the dry homemade matchstick fries.. are they of the day? and why not sort out all the little grilled pieces that we find at the bottom of the bowl.. Really nothing extraordinary.. Perhaps we should have taken the chase which seemed to...

This year I went there for hunting, the sliced and medallion venison are delicious, the meat is excellent quality and the sauces are tasty, with subtle and interesting aromas. The accompaniment is generous, the röstis crispy, and there is a good variety of traditional little things: chestnuts, pear, cabbage, etc. The tagliata is incredibly tender, you could cut it with a fork! This option offers, in addition to the excellence of the meat, a slightly lighter variant, since it is served on a bed of arugula. The service was great, attentive, very professional and with humor. Everything was perfect, we were full and delighted each time.

great location but service was poor, closed most of the time, inexperienced staff, noisy outside, and no refund for trying to leave a day earlier than planned un spite of 4 days notice. Never booking this one again. Room was okay, clean, except for bit of mould in the shower. Missing attention to detail. Very friendly receptionist (When available). Complex parking.

Location is very good and staff are very friendly. Facility is very outdated but everything is clean and it works. The downside is that it was impossible to sleep due to the street noise drunk people yelling after midnight, delivery trucks parking and slamming doors Reserva una mesa ahora

This hotel has actually been a 6 star experience when it comes to service. I travel a lot and visit many hotels during the year and this hotel tops them all for 2023. Will come back to this hotel next time I am in Vevey, CH.

A nice place in the middle of the old town, impeccable welcome and dynamic staff. Nice plate, the flank steak from the daily menu this Saturday was excellent.
