having eaten too well at noon, our evening at the hotel/Restaurant is seen reduced to the strict survival meal. well a pity to the map, however the little we chose (5 guests) allowed us to test the quality and variety of the dishes offered. everything was a perfect success, for my part a carpaccio of beef with a very good bill, not to say exceptional. The same was true for others who had different choices. a next visit, a noon, will allow us to taste the other dishes of this excellent restaurant. The wine was not left. excellent as the rest.
Toujours assez délicat de trouver un lieu où bien se restaurer un dimanche. Nous l’avons pourtant trouvé dans ce Logis de France à l’accueil très professionnel mais sincère de gentillesse. Notre choix s’est porté sur un beau menu aux plats plutôt originaux d’une grande saveur. Très bon jusqu’au dessert, le tout accompagné d’un excellent vin. Addition moyenne haute si apéritifs, vin et café mais un dimanche ….
Beautiful room, small appliance actually fully equipped, clean and quiet. Varied breakfast, with fresh produce and excellent bread. Reservation made through Booking, which seems a little more expensive than direct.
the reception is pleasant, the fast service and the meal is good and varied. for a small town like a sink, this restaurant hotel is to advise for people who don't know where to eat while staying in town.

très bon repas de midi, rien à redire de l'entrée au dessert, produits frais bien cuisinés, service rapide, salle de restaurant propre et accueillante, nous recommandons ce restaurant sur Lavaur.
meal at night: good but small grilling for the price. The 300gr of magret announced were not there. a good lamb but hard meat. Too bad we won't be back.
