The continental breakfast (included in my room rate) was laughable. 1 small round table with a few fruits, some juices and cheeses - hardly what I could call a breakfast. The "deluxe room" doesn't even have a floor to ceiling coverage for the bathroom so steam from your shower penetrates the bedroom. The biggest disappointment for me is Les Pecheurs, the restaurant with a supposed Michelin star (or guide) - I'm not one for Michelin star dining but this place is pompous and the food and service is terrible. A wonderful position looking out over the bay and a perfectly wonderful dinner. I chose the menu de degustation at 125 euros, which with extra courses and the amuse bouche it was quite a meal! Every course was excellently presented and cooked to perfection and the service was professional and attentive as you would expect at Michelin star level.Some of the courses are plated at table, which is wonderful to watch - I love watching waiters who really know their stuff, as it's such an art in its own right. After a rather slow start (15min without taking our order or asking us if we had any questions about the menu), and a rather disappointing mise en bouche (melon granite, grayfish & bruschetta which were neither good nor good looking) we found the food absolutely delicious. We had the langouste & the homard starters, the homard was exceptional, the sauce very tasty and as we took a la carte, it was a big portion. We recently returned here to relive the magic that we know and love. Still a beautiful terrace overlooking Antibes and the waters spread out below. More modern space now, and the beach club attached to the hotel is a bit of a distraction, but the food, service and wine list remain top notch. Friendly and accommodating service, and lovely greeting. It remains a favorite.

A fair and perfect plate where Mediterranean flavours are intelligently blended. A remarkable service, present but not oppressive, smiling and coming without being familiar. And the sumptuous setting of this hotel redesigned and rebuilt in the purest style of Palm Springs, beautiful and elegant but never ostentatious. Sublime experience.

We found the food are too salty for us. The atmosphere was very good. There was another restaurant with a similar name, "Les Pecheurs", which is located in another city. We booked at a wrong place at first.
