Beautiful lunch at the restaurant Les Prémices in Bourron-Marlotte . The surprise menu at 80 euros is a nice surprise, all dishes were succulent with fresh, quality and well worked products. The service is impeccable. The room is beautiful. Thanks to Chef Dominique Maës who brought me my dessert with a candle for my 50 years! Delicate attention! If you are in the Fontainebleau region, feel free to go to this restaurant! A delight! BRAVO
