What to say after months of media psychosis taking a breath in a restaurant is a relief! Rdv to the Quais Brewery. I certainly chose "high-end" dishes like foie gras and beef filet. These two dishes made me take off in my mouth! A quality and a magical flavor. Thank you. A crazy world on Thursday night, we hadn't booked, but the rank leader who doesn't have the 2 feet in the same sabot found us a table despite everything. A very good tartare despite a previous comment that denigrates it (it is a cook who says it! , very good frying and well-stocked ice. Kitchen and service nothing to say, we will return without hesitation.

The brewery is ideally located on the port facing Lake Bourget. The place is nice, friendly staff and excellent kitchen. It is also pleasant to enjoy the terrace just for a drink.
