The new owner of this restaurant has focused the menu in a way that Gordon Ramsay would have made three regional salads, fish duck and steak. We ordered the 350gm steak, and I suspect he weighed more! With chips made at home, it was a welcome surprise. I found the 'one point' well cooked when I expected, so next time I'll order 'seigning'. The service was polite and yet friendly, and the waitress went the extra mile to help us have a nice meal (they can even speak English when you hang), everything was served at the same time, they returned quickly with the spices and a little later to make sure we had everything we needed. Delicious house cooked food, a wonderful location overlooking the lake and a friendly, helpful and generous host what more could you want?! We enjoyed a very pleasant couple of hours here, we would not have hesitated to recommend us for an informal lunch and hope we get the chance to return. We have devoured all the food we have ordered with the same gusto, but the frits are something else we demanded for them as sides to our salads and we have talked about it later at night!
A super small beachside Café Resto, which serves salads, Moule Frites and Steak Frites. Delicious, simple and tasty, and good value, served on a terrace with a magnificent view. Last year we ate there once. This year we went back three times. I recommend to keep a table and take your time over the meal, fortunately this is not a fast food joint.
We had a lovely lunch overlooking the lake. The service was very good as was the food, my steak was cooked to perfection. They were very kind to our 13 month old who really enjoyed himself there I would highly recommend this restaurant. Well priced too. Thank you we will defiantly visit again.
