"Local bar and restaurant in the small village. Eating is normal, no strange experiences. Not many choices, but some plates are nice, cool and local. No CORONA MEASURES to all!! We shouldn't have entered this building. No disinfectant gel, no masks... for personnel. They even lick their fingers while they bring records to customers. Would not recommend in these times. Dirty knives, forks and glasses. Note: Put more information ingredients on the menu so you know what you get."

it looks beautiful and we find a place in the air-conditioned veranda. First advice, already choose your table according to this blower if you don't want to end buried or with a torticolis. It's the shot, but still. the card is hand over to us and we don't want to take it in hand so it's d,. old plastic shirts are room and sticky as the inner leaves. so bad we make our choice after having doubted to lift anchor and there surprise: the service is fast, efficient and the dishes offered correspond totally to our expectation. Therefore, our rating will be less severe, but it is unthinkable to receive customers in a place that does not breathe neither cleanness nor hygiene, indispensable in this...

I wanted a seafood meal. 22 euro menu. I had hoped to find crab, and the half crab with mayo was fresh but missing 2 legs, the pot of mayo was minute the salad leaves with it were poor. Slices of OK white...bread. Moules frites were exactly that, with celery onion, nice hot, good frites another minute plastic pot of mayo. The bread was removed! No spoon for the juices. Dessert the creme brulee was fine. The food was perfectly acceptable, but the ambience was a bit grim in the glass box, the chairs the most uncomfortable I think I have ever sat on! I did not stay for coffee. Paper napkins, paper mat advertising Plopsaland ! there are other places nearby that I would revisit sooner.

We called here for lunch on our way back to the Eurotunnel and an excellent choice it proved to be. We ate in the glass covered 'conservatory ' out front, where an overhead heater kept us warm as it was quite a chilly day. We had...glasses of Stella and Leffe followed a by a variety of different dishes. I had chosen the Mussels in a Roquefort sauce that proved to be extremely tasty served with new bread and a bowl of frites. We all agreed that for a quick satisfying meal to help us on our journey home this was ideal. I should add that it was very popular and the place was full.

The toilets are renewed and were clean when we went there. The mussels were fine, the french fries were good but and the waitresses were friendly but... a) one child at the table ate a kids lunch and didn’t get the dessert, b) the ‘plat...du jour’ was a white fish which wasn’t good at all (a shame when you can smell the ocean from there) and c) an other plate of fish was smelling real bad. They brought us a new plate which was mediocre made. Price/quality not bad but we’re not going back...
