Les Rosalys - Reservar una mesa

We ate the chase. The price of the plate was not up to what was offered. The food was lukewarm. Out of 3 pieces of venison medallion, one was almost raw, the other 2 were stringy. The sauce wasn't very good...no mushrooms, too bad. Lots of red cabbage! A mini apple and a tasteless pear and 4 chestnuts chasing each other! Very disapointed. I am a specialist in this type of dish and really, it lacked the class and culinary offerings that one would expect for a game platter. Grapes, spiced pear, Brussels sprouts, cranberry jam, and a sauce to match the dish. And above all, meat that is up to cooking standards. Damage.

Very nice restaurant and terrace with a view of the mountains! Beautiful menu with typical cuisine, delicious chalet soup...but also shrimp with garlic!!

Unfortunately it rained, but we ate wonderful regional cheese, dried meat and merangge!

Excellent 100% Vacherin fondue and the waiter José takes great care of us, well done!
