Small quality address for simple but good cooking enthusiasts. Everything is home, the pasta is fresh, the sauces are varied and tasty (special mention with truffle cream). And very important the welcome of the bosses is at the top. Serveable, accessible and especially passionate. In a hyper tourist place it is a safe value if you do not run especially after Corsican specialties. Get your eyes closed.
at the chance of our belgodere ride we arrived at the pastier's workshop. very good reception despite the coming to ring to the bell tower, the boss is not avare of good addresses and places to be missed of his corsa that he spontaneously presents: fango, forest, perched villages, wine growers...and what a regalade to the evening meal!!! thank you
Excellent fresh pasta served with a delicious fruit juice (Julia We loved the pasta with the Gambas (14€ in August 2019 as well as the beef balls (9€ we were able to taste on the small terrace. Really good. Besides, the owners are charming. Get your eyes closed.
