Our hosts Menno and Anne were welcoming. Their guesthouse accessed after passing through the entrance gates into a quirky courtyard area full of homemade art installations! We went in August and Menno was able to give us an excellent tour of the champagne region with luxury picnic lunch this was a real highlight and would recommend as an alternative to the various formal tours that are available from Reims etc. The house was nicely renovated with large airy rooms and traditional tiled floors throughout the ground floor. There were quite a few spiderwebs and flies in the annex room so if you're not keen on that you might want to request the main house rooms instead (we stayed in both). The Grange also has a craft shop run by Anne in which she sells items she has made and sourced from around Europe and the locality. Hermonville has a good restaurant and is ideally placed to explore Champagne.
