We stopped at LesTourelles after seeing the sign by the road, having failed to spot any decent looking lunch spots in a nearby town. We were delighted to find a gem of a restaurant which provided one of the best meals of our stay in France. We seemed to be the only tourists there when we visited and the menu is entirely in French, so take your dictionary with you if your French is a bit rusty, like ours! I had a delicious duck leg confit and my husband had veal in a Roquefort sauce, followed by cheesecake and washed down with a glass of wine. Friendly welcome by the boss, quick and efficient service, very good copious menu, quality cuisine the dishes are very well presented. And what about chocolate cake I had trouble finishing it a big part but light delicious a slaughter. Thanks to the whole team we'll be back.
Nice place, good kitchen, but the boss is a cold welcome, the waiter in birk even if the season allows it. We're expecting a little more of this quality. The echoes of the cold and lunatic reception were already raised to our ears ... Working
