We were attracted to the warm and original decoration, while being personal and contemporary. from the street we can see the kitchens behind the glass window at the bottom of the room and the cooks that prepare the dinner form a harmonious ballet. the relatively brief map and the menu of the fresh and original day end up determining us to return. luckily we take the last table for the evening service.We opt for the menu of the day that offers two entries, two dishes and two desserts. the wine menu offers a sufficient selection of selected bottles that reflect the restaurant's cuisine: originality...
we were looking for a place for lunch - after visiting a number of the many beautiful art galleries - and liked the appearance of this very central restaurant. we were delighted to be able to enter without reservation; the staff was very friendly and we were offered a large table with view - through the large plants with the wild appearance of spider pushing in pots in front of the windows - on the terrace and the street beyond. we ordered both the menu of the day and the map; My son and I chose the local rumsteck elbow, my daughter ravioli to langoustine and my wife merlu ; well presented and very tasty. for desserts we enjoyed the cheesecake with light and delicious citrus fruit, melba fis...
We decided to sit there because we loved the place and we didn't want dessert that day and they had a 2-course menu for 19 euros! Moreover we saw that they were serving lobster bisque in the entrance and we wanted to try it! (black street). As pesceterians, we couldn't eat the meat, so we apologized and asked if it was possible to have another entrance, at least one. the chief came to our table to see what the problem was and when we explained, they were very good to change our two entries!! the entrance we had later with the sardines was just excellent and delicious!! The main dish was great too! overall good food and very good service.
a search for a restaurant for dinner we have been seduced by the simple and clear map of the restaurant .. often demonstration of freshness and quality unlike other restaurant of the city with an endless card! If you have a little time to sit down after walking the streets of aven bridge in all directions you can enjoy good dishes. a good quality price ratio. for my part, I was tempted by a lard grilled with two purées. It's better to arrive at noon because the establishment fills very quickly. A nice discovery.
the kitchen of "the three buis" is a nice culinary surprise during a detour in this beautiful little town of aven bridge. very interesting flavors, smiling and attentive staff. the chief, in all simplicity, comes to greet you at the end of the meal. a recommendation.
We spent a good time in a chiady decor, current and full of charm and ideas. it is rare in this tourist area where the places without charms are legions. the card was so nice and the promise was kept. It's okay, it's fine, and then we want to make our canteen.
The staff is adorable, just like the restaurant. food, at least what we tried (long with roasted potatoes and pepper sauce), excellent. Citrus cheesecake for dessert is unbeatable. Nice restaurant.
