beautiful hotel with beautiful services but not worth a 4-star... would deserve a general refresh. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but the main light doesn’t work, the bedside lamps are unfolded, the pressure of the water in the bathroom to change... as to the restaurant, extremely long service, we have constantly relaunched the waiter to place order and make us serve the wines (which were served each time the plate is finished.) the spa is super! but slightly small given the hotel’s capacity. The staff is friendly. disappointing for a luxury establishment (quality ratio not at the height of our expectations.) for a hundred more euros, some establishments at the top-of-the-range compl...

We spent a night with vip meals in this place at the driveway. we expected to benefit from a 4-star hotel. correct but not very elaborate kitchen, service at the expense, excessive price, meeting with the new restaurant manager who is aware of a challenge to be faced. on the spa, the setting is really nice but not fairly transatlantic for hotel guests. bathrobe provided to be discovered. treatment at the spa programmed the day of our departure and we made the forcing to change the wet bathrobe of the day before. In summary, the stay is expensive given the services compared to some less secondary schools.

we stayed at the hotel one night and took advantage of the spa with a massage extra. the rooms are spacious and pleasant. The restaurant is delicious. a pity that the staff was overwhelmed at the time of breakfast and that on our arrival at 9:30 a.m. the cheese tray was never replaced. The spa is really nice but the pool was filled with sand and much too cold to my taste (but I’m not brave.) the staff is adorable, but the host person was not able to offer us a hike while many trails leave the hotel. we'll be back

Super stay with the violets! incredible spa, top rooms, nothing to say. only small flat, at some hours the spa is completely crowded and it is difficult to find a transat by the pool. My husband and I will go back with pleasure!

very well located, quiet, very nice reception, the staff is very friendly. spa space is varied and meals are well served. however, there is a renovation of the exterior woodwork to be planned. We'll go back.
