We were at Les Voiles to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. What a TERRIBLE experience!!! (a The bill was WRONG but I only figured it out the next day. They charged us an additional 145 Fr for a Magnum bottle we never ordered or drank. (b I called the next day, and the day after. In total, I tried calling them on 5 different occasions during work hours ... nobody was picking up! I tried emailing them (two weeks ago ... no reply! (c the welcoming service was AWFUL and it ruined our evening. We walked in at around 21:00 for our table and the welcome desk was empty for 7 minutes! Empty… no-one… at peak time!! It was the worst experience ever. We went on Sunday for brunch with 12 friends at 1:00 pm. It was already a hustle to order some drinks as no waiter was coming to the table. The waiter came and said that they were out of stock and they had only few options left. We were already bummed but we order drinks and food, we waited until 2:40 pm and our food hadn’t arrived. We asked the waiter and they said that they were out of stock so they had to go to buy the groceries and they don’t know when our food was gonna be ready. We decided to leave after being there for almost 2 hours with the worst service and experience. Please don’t go there !!
I went there twice this summer and was shocked by the horrible quality of service. Both times we had dinner and table reservations, and both times the service was slow, rude and unpleasant. They did a great job with this year's installation; the space really imitates a beach club, but the service is absolutely lacking. Each time we went hoping to have a pleasant evening, and always left frustrated and disappointed. Honestly, one of the worst experiences I've had in Geneva in a very long time.
Well, I'm disappointed to have to write this review! I booked a table at Les Voiles on Saturday 12th August to celebrate some good news and have a good time, but unfortunately we were treated in such a despicable manner by the hostess Maeva that we preferred to continue our evening elsewhere and not to follow up our table! Arrogant and unhelpful, we asked no questions and were given no consideration! We felt like thieves at the market! A bottle of champagne is not worth being mistreated for! Reserva una mesa ahora
Horrible experience. We ordered some drinks and later we swap to a bigger table because some friends arrived and the waiter change us. After that, my friend received a call and a text from a girl who works here saying thanks for leave and not pay . I think this kind of behaviour is the wrong way. We wont back anymore and we come every sunday.
Lovely place mixture of nice drinks with music that's loud but not too loud so you are still able to have a conversation. Food is ok but not wow. Entrance of the place is a bit confusing. Service was nice and atmosphere is top nice to go with a group of friend to have drinks and have a great evening after work or on the weekend.
