What a superb discovery! We came for lunch on Friday noon with our children and we were warmly welcomed by Nuno who does the serving and cooking. We had an incredible time enjoying our meal and the passion shared by Nuno for cooking and local products. The menu is a southwest steak. We feasted ! The best cassoulet of our lives. As for desserts, what joy! So much kindness and generosity was appreciated. We will definitely come back and we recommend this restaurant with our eyes closed!
For all those who wish to eat a real cassoulet in Castelnaudary, the getaway promises you a traditional recipe, homemade and excellent to boot. The other dishes with salads and desserts were also excellent. We particularly appreciated the little touches from the chef. We will return with pleasure if we return to the region.
