We had a good night and we were happy. all dishes were succulent and of high quality, from the entrance to the dessert. the flavours, the work on textures and presentation, the very good reception, and the concern of the chef to know if everything was okay and to exchange a few words at the end of the meal, it was perfect. we think we are welcomed by passionate people. There is no doubt that we will return as soon as we have the opportunity!
Very good address, in the countryside, a little further from the village of Castellane. Very good reception and we ate it well. The master restorer came regularly to all tables to see if everything was going well. We enjoyed it. We ate in the garden and everything was well appointed and lit. We recommend it.
Nicely surprised by this experience. Quality cuisine with deserving dishes map the detour. I enjoyed a snail cassoleette and a perfect calf of veal. Professionalism and friendliness, than ask for more to spend a pleasant moment.
