A weird experience. Strange welcome, surrealistic dishes, pho soup diluted with water, lemon beef salad from the great delirium, in carpaccio beef mode placed on a bed of iceberg salad with a fade vinaigrette, fortunately that the lemon was provided otherwise...a party taken by Franco/Viet chelou A do not redo
We ordered a beef salad (photo) but it is rather a carpaccio and a lemon salad that was served to us. Pho not exceptional, the soup is somewhat fade. As for the Bo Bun, it's good but no more. However, the server was very pleasant with us and convenient. Small gesture with desserts in addition offered...
I would've loved to love, but I stayed on my... hunger. The service is quick and discreet, the home-made kitchen, the crispy ravioli and the bo bun rather copied... there is however something missing. The dishes are correct but somewhat fades. This escapde deserves more flavors to make us travel!
