To begin with, I would like to point out that we are used to this type of establishment and that the food was good, but how can I describe the service...catastrophic, the worst ever experienced in any type of restaurant combined. Haughty and disrespectful butler who gave us an extremely poor welcome and a messy service throughout the meal. We were with our children. Our 1 year old baby had the audacity to cry for 10 minutes at the start of the shift and the head of the room gave us a wonderful “it’s not going to do it” word for word). Restaurant with a very chic setting with a kitchen opening onto the dining room for the most beautiful effect. Prices are high, especially for drinks and anything not listed on the menu. Unfortunately, there are major weaknesses, in particular the quantities served which are frankly ridiculous. As there are no desserts, we resort to dry bread bought at the local bakery. Too bad the cuisine is rather pleasant (typical bistronomic with Asian influences), but we leave hungry and the bill appears very steep for the service. I'm not even talking about the children's menu charged at 25 euros (not mentioned when ordering and not on the menu) for 20g of salmon (never seen such a small portion of roa...
Very nice dining experience. The dishes are meticulously prepared in front of customers with great attention to detail. The staff is very attentive and professional. The dishes were very good and extremely well prepared. We ordered the beetroot tartare and a scallop soup as a starter. The tartare was excellent, with different and surprising textures. The velouté was rich on the palate with a creamy texture. For the main course, we had the confit chuck. An excellent choice, the meat was tender and the juice exquisite. All four dishes were very good with perfect ingredients and sophisticated combinations. I recommend for a different and unique experience at the same time.
Quite simply the worst experience of a Michelin-starred restaurant we have had. Despite well-executed cuisine, the service clearly does not deserve the Michelin star awarded to it. Not to mention the scandalous treatment we suffered due to the fact that we were with several children (table changed in a hurry, inappropriate remark from the maître d' at the start of the service, chef who came to see all the tables in the restaurant except voluntarily ours). It's a shame. The setting is beautiful and the cuisine is well done (despite the ridiculous children's portions, and the additional charge for some pasta so that they can eat their fill). Go your way.
This restaurant should rather be called the Spartan, for example before the meal, for the aperitif and as an appetizer, we only had an unfortunate solitary dumpling.
