Picked the restaurant after reading the reviews from the Michelin website and Trip Advisor. I was a bit worried of the potential hype from being located in Deauville and the fact that the restaurants there can be quite pedantic especially in the high holiday seasons. But this ended up,being a wonderful evening. The menu and à la carte choices are limited but this is good news! It assures me that the chef is really concentrating on a few products and usually allows for a better result. Everything was tasty and exciting to try. The chef's attention to details produces dishes that look very nice and are well sized. The sweetbreads were perfect and the soufflé for desert closed a wonderful evening. You can play with the wine list and find something for all budgets, however, the final bill will be pricey, however you look at it.Note to the chef: having one of the cook texting or reading his mails from his cell phone while preparinf the food is not very classy....
