from the entrance you were greeted with the smile of a charming and dynamic team! the frame is just a sublime wow an aperitif on a beautiful terrace with a view of the pond and this overflowing pool! with my companion we spent a pleasant evening, the dinner was magical, I loved the risotto with asparagus and artichokes, the cooking of the saint-pierre was perfect! cheese tray for mr and me, of course the yumm chocolate lace service is very discreet, smiling and professional! the accommodation is charming and we both enjoyed lying on our daybeds, looking over the lake that borders the hotel area. a quiet place to relax from the lively pool. the employees were wonderful, attentive and willing to help whenever necessary. personally was sometimes disappointed at the food we had for the many meals we had eaten there. the risotto with rice and fresh longustines was to die, but other dishes were not so good and my lobster was very boiled. we both agreed that we will return.
Not cheap BUT the quality and the taste of what comes in your plate is delicious, fresh, original (icecream based on foie gras), a true culinary feast in a beautiful setting with nice tables and a great service . Their lobster in papillote has the...best taste ever and their desert menu is elaborate and diverse, all fresh . A good choice of wines; orange juice is freshly squeezed, the coffee perfect . The ideal place for all foodies and connaisseurs of the great traditional french cuisine.

exceptional setting, close to a swimming pool overflowing overlooking the camargue ponds.The staff is very easy and responsive. We took two cocktails on the terrace before we went to the main room. excellent quality of the dishes offered. special mention for rmon entry (daurade daurade d'aigare), excellent!just a small cretqiue: the room deserved to be rejeunited because it makes a little old!
We spent a great time with family with great cuisine and service. It was my husband's birthday and my son's birthday, and the boss made a nice cake for them. We ate simental, summer truffle pasta and parmesan, lobster - everything was delicious. The old tomatoes in the entrance were fade, damage. the frame is exceptional, in and out.

definitiw a beautiful restaurant in a beautiful location, but portions are scarce and food flavor is equal to what they order . good for nouvelle cousin lover, but not for good taste people. Eating is hard to digest because excessive use of sauces...and foaming made with liquid nitrogen.

The restaurant is located in a five-star hotel, which defines the price policy and composition of the public. The formal situation, the educated waiters, including the English-speaking ones. Good classic menu. It's good for a special dinner in the heart of the country.
