This restaurant is fantastic and they always offer a variety of new cheeses whenever I visit. I discovered that my definition of strong cheese differs from most people's. What they consider strong wasn't necessarily strong to me, but rather unusual tasting. While I appreciate unique cheeses, I preferred some over others. It was occasionally challenging when there was a miscommunication about the intensity of certain cheeses. Additionally, some cheeses that I found to be pungent and rich were not classified as strong by the staff.

This restaurant is a fantastic choice for food enthusiasts. Its location makes it perfect for a fun night of delicious snacks and drinks, with the added bonus of being close to other bars and restaurants. That means you only have to find parking once! The charcuterie boards here are huge and definitely large enough to share. They also offer a customizable board option, which is great for those who want to create their own cheese experience. I highly suggest trying the wine flights so you can taste a variety of different flavors.

Picked up a Trail Blazer cheese platter, Brie Bites, Goat Cheese Bites, and Caprese Bites. Everything was delicious! They were also able to accommodate an earlier pickup time from the original online order ????? Presentation was so cute, perfect side dishes to bring to a dinner party. Also ordered a side of bread which was great warmed up for about 5 min in the air fryer. Would definitely recommend. Can't wait to try another cheese platter next time!

Stopped by due to it 's proximity to my barber. It was a great choice. They make an incredible panini. I got their Honey Berry Jam 'Brie . Does it have a silly name? Yes. Is it one of the best paninis I have had? Also yes. The staff are great. Knowledgeable, friendly, incredibly helpful. Let it Brie is a great shop for both cheese needs and a great dining experience.

Absolutely amazing if you love cheese boards. The service is friendly and inviting and the waitress picked out the best cheese she could find. There was a mixture of berries, nuts and chutneys. We are super fans of this place, definitely if you have time for a nice lunch!

The charcuterie board was delicious! I enjoyed trying different wines with a wine flight. The restaurant is charming and I highly recommend it. The service was excellent, with helpful suggestions for the cheeses and meats on our board. We will definitely return.

I definitely need to dine at this restaurant soon. I purchased a delightful variety of cheese, some of which I chose myself and others that were recommended and sampled. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and eager for patrons to savor the menu selections.

Hidden gem in downtown Fullerton. Go here every week on Friday and Saturday for the live music and the gouda food/wine. Best wine/cheese bar in OC.

I love it's place it has great music, fun and enthusiastic employees. Good for date night or brunch with friends.
