I had already come in the past but seeing you at the gastronomic lounge of macon to make you want to see the reception is nice with a calm atmosphere. the good spread of the tables allows you to enjoy the people with whom you eat without being incommodated by the other tabs. From the mouth to dessert, the meal was held at a well-circulated rhythm allowing to enjoy each of the dishes while discussing. the entrance although simple m was in appetite followed by a hot dish as beautiful as good. dessert brings the sweet final touch to this lunch that will stay in mind.
Very good time spent at the ethym’sel. Service is effective. The dishes were simply excellent. Well-worked products and controlled cooking. Everything you need to get a good dish. However, large flat on the tone floating island dessert, which is clearly not up to the rest, both in terms of presentation and in terms of appreciation and which therefore leaves a little frustration at the end of the meal. Too bad because everything was perfect.
A must-see address from Mâcon. The owners/persons are very friendly. The kitchen is very good, with a menu that changes very regularly (take up on their site before going to check that you'll like dishes). The price quality ratio is perfect. I recommend.
