Nous étions venu pour la St Valentin l’année dernière et avions été ravi alors nous avons fait le choix de revenir cette année pour une occasion. C’était bon, mais le prix reste démesuré pour ce que nous avons mangé : 125 euros à deux pour que mon conjoint est un gratin de coquillette des plus basique, le magret est très bon mais la quantité est insuffisante dans l’assiette alors qu’un supplément ai demandé sur ce plat … Nous avons déjà mangé ce genre de plat dans d’autres restaurants tout aussi bon pour des prix bien plus abordable. Aucunes musiques en fond, 4 couples dans la pièce qui s’en sont tous pleins, finalement nous avions un peu hâte de partir car peu a l’aise. Très déçu pour cette...
On the occasion of a stopover, we tested this restaurant last year that we had enjoyed and recidivated this year. nothing has changed: the reception is always as warm, the service is impeccable (the hostess has the eye to everything!) and the cuisine always as tasty. The prices are correct and the wound trip we have always tasted as good. We took the menu: the products were of quality, the fish very fresh and well cooked. a small flat for the entrance that lacked originality and would deserve to be revisited (complicated parade). The leader should be released because he has a great mastery of his profession. In conclusion: we feel good in this restaurant!
Second time we go to this establishment this time, with a group of friends. service is pleasant. But for the plate, it really leaves to be desired! much too salty (fresh salmon/fresh cheese) as well as the main dish (fish also). It was obviously notified to the waitress, but no return to our remarks (no action on the final note). I would like to add to my opinion the pictures of the dishes in question! on the one hand, it raises questions about whether the chef tastes his dishes before sending them (removing from his profession above all), that fresh food (such a quantity of salt would be present to hide something?)
for the papal feast, a family meeting in Mâcon.We were greeted with kindness and perfectly installed. The card is allevious and have all chosen differently. For my part, the fresh and salmon goat millefeuille and the cod with olive oil were exquisite. The only small defect to report is the portion to the card, just in quantity. The decor is quite refined and trendy and we really feel good at the Ethym'Sel!Thank you for this fine gastronomic moment!

restaurant discovered on the occasion of a stopover. very pleasant setting. by a warm June evening, air conditioning very appreciated because perfectly well set.Patronne very professional and very friendly. The menu of the day is worthy of the menus of the map. As 2 English guests close to us "absolutely fantastic !" a table not to be missed for who passes by mâcon.
Thanks for this good time spent in this restaurant with a simple and modern setting and refined cuisine. The menus are reasonable, served and beautiful for the eyes. Simple and pleasant service, very busy and professional boss. Little attention, two glasses of sweet wine for the forgetful rust that accompanied my excellent dish to recommend.
Très moyen. Déçu par cette adresse qui était incontournable sur Mâcon. Pas de wahou dans l'assiette, suppléments à toutes les sauces dans le menu, service novice, vins au verre se limitant a 1 choix, musique trop forte et non adaptée. Le restaurant est très joli mais il manque un peu de tout. Dommage.
