We used to go to etna for his pizza because they were excellent. There was a change in ownership and there was a damage. the pizza card remained the same but the dough is too thick and poorly cooked. We also reported it when we paid in a courtesy way to tell them that it was not the best. one of the waitress is all smiles about the other waitress he missed this "little thing" which makes contact can be pleasant. Looking at the other tables, the plates were mostly left with pizza not consumed entirely. I hope they will improve this, we can have a dough of some well-cooked thickness and not heavy for the stomach. I'm waiting to see if other people have the same opinion or if it was a night wit...

accustomed to this restaurant, with family or friends for years tonight since the change of bosses we go there, and there big disappointment! no famous Italian sparkling wine, no home aperiod either! stock break!Pizzas without any taste; the ingredients, the sauce bottom and the paste is mediocre and bitter. The plates go back to the kitchen almost full of hot oil, the guests are obliged to move to claim carafe of water or bread. Restaurant present without intêret. What a pity, what a deceit we used to eat so well! We won't go back, too many mistakes.

the feeling after our visit is between pity or anger...one person in service for about fifteen tables running, the drop of permanent sweat between the kitchen, the bar, the tables and the crate to cash the pizzas to take away. 30 min to take the order 45 min to receive our unbreakable beer 1h to taste the pizza... eatable only for someone who would come back from a 15-day trek....the dough approach the thickness dm.... an address to the height of his name.volcanic.

visiting this Monday evening December 19th at the Christmas market in Montbéliard, very few open restaurants. fortunately we have seen light at the pizzeria restaurant the etna and we have returned, very well welcomed by charming people. Aperitif home, quality escalopes and well-stocked plates. the decor is a mix of modernity and Roman style. impeccable service, everything was perfect. a recommendation.
