We ordered for delivery on postmates and at first it all seemed fine. Most of us save the crab till after we've peeled it all. We'll after a few minutes of peeling, we notice a strong chemical smell, like bleach or ammonia. The longer we took analyzing if it was indeed bad, the stringer it got. Withing 15 min of getting out food the smell finally over powered the room. 30 min later 2 out of 4 of us were vomiting and the other 2 were sick all night. My wife and I were there today. 11:10 chairs still on top of tables. I called girl said give me 5 minutes to get the chairs off. We walked in immediately felt unwelcome like we were not welcome. The girl brought the lobster rolls to our table. The lobster was very dry and lots of grease in the tray. Almost tasted like was microwaved. After we were done and walking out, no good bye , no nothing. I used to love this place, but I'm really disappointed with the changes they've made to the ordering process. Now you can't customize your order by the pound; you're limited to a handful of preset combos, and there’s only one crab combo available. I really enjoy crab and shrimp, but unfortunately, they have a strict no-substitution policy. I don't like mussels, yet the combo includes them. For $75, I ended up with a lot of items I wouldn't choose. If I could order what I actually wanted, I would have easily spent over $100. Used to love this place until they changed the way you can order. No more ordering by the pound of whatever you want to customize your bag. They limit you to combos only and there is only 4 type of combos you can get and only 1 type of crab combo. I like crab and tiger shrimp and they have a no substitution policy. I don’t like mussels and the combo includes mussels. Its 75 bucks and half the stuff in it I would never order. It’s just dumb. We would have spent over 100 if they would let us order whatever we want. They have Al la Cart prices but won’t let you order it that way. I just fkn hate the new policy. Wont be back. Unfortunate. Thirty minutes later, two out of the four of us were vomiting, while the other two felt unwell throughout the night. When we eventually returned to the dining room to dispose of the food, the smell was even more overpowering than before. It was evident that they had sent us spoiled or previously dead crab.
We called the restaurant before they closed to report the issue, and they promised to call us the next day. Now, at the end of the day, we still haven't received a call, which clearly shows they do not take serving bad food seriously. Our order totaled $238, and we had to throw it all away.
My husband is still talking about the dinner we had here days ago. We tried the fish roll with garlic butter and lemon pepper fries as the side. It was fried to perfection and the medium spice level was perfect. The fries were not overly seasoned. The loaded fries came when nacho cheese and parmesan and some brisket. Very filling on their own. We will definitely be back to try the seafood by the bag. The fried banana dessert was also very delicious!
Newly open establishment. Great customer service, the clerk actually came to our table to check and see how the food was for us. Unique method of ordering different rolls and bags. Many tasty flavors to choose from. The quality of the ingredients are fresh. Would have received 5 stars but the pricing of items such as drinks shouldn't be as high priced since one roll can cost $20.00. Definitely recommend for foodies to try at least once.
Something about this place was just off... it looked like the place is cursed after doing so well before..The fried shrimp roll was just ok as well more bread then the actual meat... idk idk but it would be great if the love and touch came back to this erie placethe GREEN SAUCE is fire tho

Place has downgraded, use to love coming here but the person who does the register is NOT it, her service was pitiful. Tried to use Apple Pay didn't seem like she knew what she was doing and didn't want to ask for help so she just said it's not working.
The food was delicious and incredibly affordable for a group of seven. Overall, I would rate it 5 out of 5! <3
