We stopped for an aperitif in the winter garden, which was created during the renovation of the kitchen in the Löwen. The place, which is known as Leugärtli in summer, has been lovingly converted into a winter garden. In the evening there is raclette and fondue, but also the tried and tested Leue burger or the usual hot stone.

The quality of the food is underground. Oily fish crispy with canned potatoes and salty frozen spinach. The burger patti is an undefined gray mass. Only the fries and the coffee were very good. Neither boss nor cook faces criticism. At least the waitress bought us a coffee, so 3 points.

I have been twice in this restaurant and we had bad experience on both times. First time the wrong dish was delivered and we hard negative comments when we asked to do a small change to the menu, second time the reservation was forgotten and we were placed on the bar. Not coming back!

We were here for Mother's Day brunch. It was super good. Beautifully prepared buffet with everything you could wish for. Great location with a nice ambience.
