Level Cafe Grill - Reservar una mesa

Decided to go for a nice lunch out as weather was nice, walked into restaurant which was freezing (colder than what it was out side), we were seated directly in front of the open door and the draft was so cold. I asked for the door to be shut, I was told they can’t shut the door and we were told to move to the table behind, which was still in line with the door, defeating the object of moving. I asked to sit in the corner of the restaurant and was told no as it had to be a table of 2 we were seated at. The food was horrific, ordered chicken wings which tasted like they were just boiled, ribs were disgusting tasted like dry dog. Also 15 quid for a jar of “cocktail” which literally had no alcohol in just lemonade. It was pricy and on top all of that everyone felt sick and pain in stomach afterwards. AVOID this place!

Visited yesterday for dinner , and what a fab time we had , great customer service as always and amazing food , I had the ricotta spinach tortellini which was amazing and my partner had the salmon pasta which he really enjoyed, one of the best restaurant in Hull in my opinion

Funky place, Food was great. Service super, catered for allergies well and felt comfortable eating here. Tom was very helpful checking out with the kitchen what was and wasn't suitable. The cocktails were well made. Will definitely return here on our next visit.

Fantastic! Food was about 15 minutes, ordered the prawns, Cajun pizza, calamari and bbq pizza altogether. Fresh and tasty! Christine served us today and she is lovely. Will always return to Level for a tasty lunch/dinner. Thankyou Level!

Ordered beef stroganoff. Very disappointed when it came few chopped up mushrooms 4 thin pieces of beef no bigger than my small finger nail in a sauce with 10 chunky chips. £16.00. The stars was for the great staff not the food.

Fantastic service from start to finish. We had a big party of 20 people and all the food arrived together. The staff were brilliant with the children and could not do enough for us. All the food was delicious!

Delicious food and some good veggie options. However, £3.70 for a half pint of soda water was a bit steep!!

Amazing food, great service. What more do you want? We visited on a Saturday afternoon, no need to book.
