A pot of tea served charmingly at Lewis and Cooper, after guided to a good window seat in this upstairs tea room, began a first visit which continued to prove I found my Top Notch Tea Room in Northallerton. None of its locally sourced cakes and teas, including the scrummy Fruit Cake, disappointed. And downstairs the Foodhall equally excelled in customer service, product knowledge and cleanliness. So impressed I joined the L&C Loyalty Card scheme... More reason to revisit. Thank you staff for your intelligent, caring and discreet service. An absolute find in Northallerton. I will be back. Sorry no lift or easy access for those with limited movement.
The store has a fantastic range of products, good choice of fresh and frozen foods, wines and dry goods. Sadly the tea room is very uninspiring, tierd decor, limited boring menu. Took a friend for lunch yesterday and was embarrassed by the whole experience.
Great small supermarket cum deli. We nearly missed it because the outside is very unassuming. But there is a large shop with a range of ordinary food and deli food. Definitely worth a visit.
I had the vegan breakfast, however they were apologetic as they hadn't had a delivery of vegan sausages. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, throughout the meal. Thank you.

The shop looks small from the outside but inside it quite large lots of unusual food stuffs that you can’t get on the high street it is a little pricey but well worth a visit
Everytime we visit Northallerton we always come here great shop for all your culinary needs. Can be expensive but not the run of the mill usuals. Great selection of foods
Fantastic delicatessen and food store, amazing choice of Yorkshire delicacies and from around the world. Upstairs is a great little cafe. Helpful friendly staff.
A lovely shop with a very good upstairs cafe with excellent food. Lots of delicious jams chutney and delicatessen items..highly recommended. X
