Forcément il fallait absolument aller à L’Exclsior, brasserie mythique et incontournable de Nancy. J’avais des soufres sur leur qualité de service toutefois. Pourtant, je n’ai vraiment pas été déçu et cela a été une très belle découverte ! Nous avons passé un excellent moment. Le cadre est bien sûr superbe, un voyage dans du temps ! Nous avons été très bien servi, avec une serveur attentif et à l’écoute. Les plats sont très bons. Nous nous sommes régalés avec les huîtres et amandes, les terrines de chèvre en entrée sont bonnes aussi (c’est frais ! . Arriving on the early morning train from Paris, we breakfasted at the Brasserie Excelsior in Nancy. The delightful server and excellent breakfast made for a good start to our day exploring the town. A decision to dine again at the Excelsior was a wonderful close to our day. Dinner and service was superb! The ambiance and the grand room added to our pleasure in choosing the Brasserie Excelsior.

Le service était super. Le serveur conseille très bien. Possibilité de se restaurer pour tous les budgets et tous les goûts. Les huitres sont excellentes. Plats frais et de saison. A refaire.
