Lexington Square Cafe

My friend Donna and I loved the Butternut Squash soup. I enjoyed the Chicken Caesar salad and she enjoyed her salad as well. The server Zach was so professional, friendly and diligent. We had a nice dining experience except for half way through eating there, the temperature dropped and we were freezing. When I went to go to the ladies room, I passed the thermostat and it read 62 degrees Fahrenheit. I did tell a female server there that my friend and I were so cold. After that we left the restaurant.

We asked for and we’re seated at the round table booth. It was quieter and facilitated communicating. Everyone was pleased with their order and those ordering the special fillet of sole said it was delicious. My salmon was cooked as per request. Good local restaurant to dine with friends,secure in the consistency of the food and decent pricing. Great place for both lunch and dinner!

New Years Eve. Felt rushed, 10 minutes maybe between appetizer and meal being delivered. steak knife not on table when steak was served , no sugar on the table, asked if we needed sugar, had to ask for salt and pepper . Tsble had a cushiony top and had to hold my cocktail glass for fear it would tumble. Generally very happy here but tonight .

we sat immediately and at first the server seemed eager to take our order, but once our order was taken and the meal was served, we did not see it again until it was time to delete the table. we also stated on the reservation that we had a birthday, and that was not recognized, so we just let it go. no bad experience, nothing special. New Year's Eve. They were packed and very busy. The staff handled it exceptionally well. We almost didn't go because the overhead lighting alone is awful. They did have candles on the tables. It made a huge difference. Dinner was very good.

I visited this restaurant with my grandparents for a fun Saturday night outing and I was very pleased with my experience. Our waitress, Danielle, was extremely friendly and provided excellent service.

Birthday luncheon for my daughter was a great experience at Lexington Square Cafe. From the greeting to the food and service, all was exceptional.
