After a day in Troyes, we were looking for a place for dinner. At first sight, The Hedonist looked closed, but this is due to the fact that the restaurant itself is currently open to customers only at lunch time (probably because of Corona) and sold to people who collect people. The owner let us in anyway and it was really worth it. Pizzas just the right size with a delicious garnish (not too much, not too little) and spicy. We were both absolutely delighted. Prices are slightly higher than usual in Germany, but this applies to all of France and is therefore not a criterion. Our recommendation: go there definitively, the way is worth it! I was answered tonight, there's only pizza. I wonder if it's possible to have fries with my chosen pizza against the heart. I was told we need to start the fryer and 15 minutes ago, it could be a long time. Okay, I don't insist, tanpis for me. In the end, I go home with my pizza peasant, I live 400 meters in fact. I was even in a car. pizza not cooked, already hot, 11 euros pizza barely 30 cm in diameter. I won't come back and I'll give you strong advice.
By the way, we stopped by chance: it's an excellent surprise. Like a lot of pizza with a super light dough, like cheese burger with homemade fries that is just one of the best I could eat. All the end with a little dessert made home again. Stop here.

I was at the free anatole dispensers, very practical, pizzas are very good, the paste a little elastic but frankly the taste is top.

Cold Pizza and delivery time unrespected with 1/2 hour late I do not recommend at all....
