Nous connaissons l'Hoirie depuis plus de 10 ans et cela faisait bien longtemps que nous n'étions revenus. Petite déception, la cuisine qui était auparavant très créative avec notamment une association terre-mer avec des bouillons à tomber n'est plus aussi moderne qu'avant. Les desserts sont relativement traditionnels tant par la présentation que par le montage un peu à l'ancienne (trop de crème et de sucre à mon sens). Le rapport qualité-prix de la formule déjeuner reste reste néanmoins satisfaisant avec un service très sympathique du sommelier. Mais il n'y a plus l'effet wahou, dommage ! Et enfin, pour ma part, ayant une allergie à l'ail (signalée à la réservation et à table), on m'a juste...
long ago we hadn't been there. The restaurant is always as good. quality cuisine as well as products. small flat for service, nothing to say about staff but service is too fast. Before dessert they were asked to wait a bit, but even if the pre-dessert was not yet finished, we bring dessert to the table, it doesn’t happen. The menu is fine. the onions confit as vegetables with the fish had to be dared, it was excellent. lemon desserts and chocolate pie pass very well at the end of meals.
Comme d’habitude, un excellent rapport qualité prix et c’est surtout là que l’Hoirie prend tout son intérêt. Cadre magnifique, personnel qualifié, cuisine raffiné pour un prix tout à fait correct. Peu d’établissements sur Angers arrivent dans cette catégorie à la hauteur de l’Hoirie. Client depuis de nombreuses années, je continue à le recommander.
elegant setting and atmosphere at the same time calm and friendly, the service is pleasant and in small care. the dishes are of quality and tasty, well presented and copied. the value/price ratio is respected. very good restaurant for a special occasion, or event to celebrate. We'll be back with pleasure.
