"Lunch with family and friends in this fabulous restaurant. Great steak and grilled prawns, food gras, duck, cheese and wine. All very reasonably priced, which is not always easy in Honfleur. Do include this place in your gastro tours of this beautiful French port. You won't be disappointed."

You can tell just from reading the menu outside that the place is very expensive. The cheapest thing on the menu was about eleven euros and some of the most expensive things went all the way up to over the hundreds. I ordered a normal steak and fries of the children's menu witch was very good. It came with the steak, fries, and a small, but fancy salad. It came with chocolate mousse, which was one of the best desserts I will have this entire vacation. Though I hesitated getting a appetizer because I didn't want to drain my parents bank account, everyone else got an appetizer. The appetizers that most interested me was a salad that looked beautiful. I can't say anything on tast, but it look like it would be good. The mean was great and cooked well. I would recommend that if you want a medium steak, try asking for a medium, that a little more well done. The dessert was (from what I could tell) not trying to look like the most presentable. It was some chocolate mousse in a cup, but faster fantastic. I did get it with the children's menu, but you can also get it from the normal menu. If you are looking for an expensive place to go once to treat yourself, and you are in this area, I highly recommend it.

Our meal tonight will go down as one of the highlights of our two week holiday in France. The 37 euro fixed price menu for four courses was divine! We opted for the oysters and fruit de Mer plate, followed by the langoustines and the Coquille St Jacques, then a local cheese plate before Tarte Tatin and Creme Brûlée - just delicious. It is very popular so book - we saw at least 15 groups of diners turned away during our two hour meal, lovely decoration, ambience and attentive service. So much better than the seafood restaurants around the harbour. Our meal including 5 glasses of wine and a cider came to 102 euros - not cheap - but gorgeous and a fitting last night of our holiday!

crowd of us over for bastille week booked for dinner-were given upstairs room which only we occupied.starters were good and all enjoyed.main courses touch low quality-my large prawns were dowsed in garlic and nothing else to eat ;does not cost much to plonk some veg on plate.service was OK-maybe one has to accept this when in France, will not be going back as stacks of choice around quayside and nearby

Visited last week as part of my husband's birthday celebrations. Booked on the day and made to feel very welcome. We had a really memorable evening. Ate from the a la carte menu( mainly fish) and everything was cooked so well and really delicious. This place has a lovely relaxed ambiance - would definitely return.
