It is definitely not my preferred restaurant, now in an airport, especially after security, you have to take what you get. From that point of view, the vegan options they propose, should be a must have in all airport restaurants, now that is not the case. Therefor this is really a great start, I hope it gains some popularity with these vegan options, will extend it and will inspire other airport restaurants as well. Last time I passed by I took a smoothie on the front counter and was really disappointed, bad service, some ingredients not in the smoothie...maybe just a bad day of the staff... After she stayed in this airport a few times, it was nice to try something new. we came during the breakfast hours if they don't have vegan options, but they were super courtesy and the chef made us a vegan apple crumb that is usually not served until much later. the service was a little slow, but they were nice and went out of the way to accommodate us. the apple crumb was delicious!
after the rob of vegan snacks / meal on the 10 hour flight, it was nice to eat a place a beautiful vegan meal! they have a separate vegan menu! I had the jackfruit curry, the homemade pommes and kale smoothie. it was just what I needed! The dessert options looked really good, but I was filled with the options I had!
many vegan options. had the chicken burger with sweet potatoes. when they arrived cold, I asked the guy if this was the intention and within 5 min I had new warm crispy super delicious pommes! burger was okay, too. loved the service. very personal, which is surprising considering how busy they are.
