this beachside restaurant offers a map with conventional formulas and a correct map. We were six at the table and it seems a good option.First inconvenience, you cannot choose fried mussels all alone but one of the formulas contenting them. Second, you have a very small choice in the formulas, as small as the staff to serve the tables: more fish soup, more dessert of the day. mussels or mariners or Normans. Entries served after a few minutes, very good but not generous. good his duck terrine, mediocre his salmon and foie gras (servi too cold). Then the dishes served after 45 minutes of waiting. Well, fortunately, it was a good day. errors in services, orders, and kind waitress like a prison...
to enjoy with seafood, it is here, the map is well achalanded, (there is also meat), excellent fresh oyster products and nice share of fish in the plate, the interior frame has been relooked, 2 high and low tables, round tables for small groups or family. There's no sea view. the room resonates a little as soon as the number increases. the service was quick and very correct. clean toilet, changing table and access to people in armchair.
This notice will be as frustrating as the proposed fudge and the mediocrity of the service of this restaurant. make us the restaurant of the huitriere, the one that offered a buffet of rawness of the first freshness, then a gargantue mold served with succulent fries and finally a delicious homemade dessert buffet. all for a very wise rate (15 euros at the time) but it was before the drama !sinon, flee.
Not terribly exciting food, not bad either. Cheapish and convienent as we were staying in the hotel. Room has been redone recently to give it a crisper look and I appreaciated it. Sevice wasn't the fastest but I'll forgive them as there seemed to be...minimum staff and it got a little busy at some point. And when on holiday, I'm not in a rush.

In the small village Quiberville there are not too many Restaurants to choose from. L'Huitriere has a nice diningroom and a menucard which mostly contains of course of seafood dishes. The seafoodplate is a good starter. The main courses are well but not exceptionally prepared....The service is friendly and fast.
meal without pretention, good. welcoming service, we ate outdoors with four dogs being very well welcomed, the menu is simple but effective, the team seems young and tatonne a bit, but the fact with the desire to do well and smile, adapting to the off- menu request. good value quality price.
new team that gets bad but lots of details spoil the pleasure:- wet seafood (frozen???)- pie syrup-dish liquid syrup in the middle of clean glasses it was not bad but there is a big step to make
restaurant well placed and yet a rather average welcome. A minimum service even for a drink in the afternoon is limited. high quality of products. damage

all seafood is frozen. the unchangeable trays. Leave more than half. and no commercial gesture.
