discovering the hysope by walking in this pretty little alley then crossing a beautiful garden already puts us water, or rather wine to the mouth. The welcome is excellent, the modern and pleasant setting, when at meals it is a festival of flavors and the dishes are so beautifully decorated that you hesitate to start them. service is impeccable and very professional without being invasive, which we also enjoyed. Thank you very much for the delicious moment we were able to pass to the Hysope we enjoyed each dish, everything was excellent, precisely dried, perfectly seasoned, elegant, refined and tasty. the "travel" was exceptional! We also enjoyed the felted frame in which we feel at ease immediately. and the service, it was up to everything else. we felt very happy, a real pleasure! Congratulations to the whole team
We could get the editing to the table, and not tell us we have to settle at the counter we have very well eaten, the super staff but it didn't have a chance because at the table we would have left a good tip but not at the counter (it's not a brewery! !
