The owner (Brett) and staff (all of them) are personable and quite accommodating in any way they are able to be. Whether you’re going for lunch, dinner, weekend brunch (personal favorite), Thursday night Karaoke, or just a place to drink and kick it alone or with friends, you’ll find any visit you make to Liberty Bar one of a more than satisfactory experience. Also, the level and quality of menu they serve is always on point, with homemade soups daily and a brunch that will absolutely keep you coming back. And let’s not forget the way they’ve created a safe space- one of acceptance AND inclusion. This bar gets a 10/10!

The poutine was alright, but it was a bit bland and could have had better fries. The tikka masala poutine and fried fish were delicious. You order drinks and food at the counter and then find a seat to dine. It wasn't very busy on a Friday night. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was beautiful. The music was a bit hit or miss, they could benefit from having a jukebox.

I have been to Liberty for karaoke a few times and always had a wonderful experience! I have not yet dined there as I arrived late in the evening, but the service was quick. I just went to the bar while standing and chatting with people. The karaoke host was great and I look forward to returning when I am back in the area.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is fantastic! The bartender Fred was incredible, he even let me play all my favorite songs. Everyone was extremely friendly and the food was delicious, especially the roasted peanut butter dish.

I have visited Liberty Bar Poutinerie three times now, and each visit has been a pleasure. Happy hour at this restaurant is always a great experience, with delicious food and wonderful conversations.

I went to pick up an order today at this restaurant. As a queer white woman, I was delighted to discover that it was a queer-friendly space. My friend, who is also a woman, was with me.

A bar you can't help but come back. Brett revolves new and exciting events, food and drinks! The staff (and even the crowd) are always friendly, accept and happy!

This place is a Pontiac gem! Good drinks, amazing food and a great staff/owner. Very welcoming for everyone and a great meeting place every day of the week.
