My wife brought our family to Falls Church for a few days, and we decided to have lunch at this restaurant. The high rating is definitely deserved: the customer service is excellent, the waiters and waitresses are extremely polite and friendly, and they make great recommendations. The food is fantastic and delicious (although we may have been extra hungry), and it arrived at our table quickly even though the restaurant was full on a Sunday afternoon. There is plenty of parking, but it can be challenging when the restaurant is at full capacity. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
We have enjoyed Liberty BBQ over the past couple of years. We decided to be safe and to carry out our New Years Eve dinner. We ordered the Smoked Short Rib dinner for four. It was truly delicious! I wasn’t prepared for how well and thoughtfully prepared and packaged the meal would be since it was a holiday and a carry out which can be quite hectic for a restaurant kitchen. The ribs were delicious and the red wine sauce a wonderful addition. The asparagus was perfectly cooked as were the mashed potatoes. Our friends were very impressed as well. We look forward to future meals from Liberty BBQ.
I visited this restaurant on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was. The meats had a good smoky flavor and the portion sizes were generous. I was a bit taken aback by the beans made with a vinegar-based BBQ sauce (not my preference, but still tasty). The music selection reminded me of my teenage years in the early 2000s with Hip-Hop, pop, and R&B tunes. I would definitely return to this restaurant.
Tried it based on recommendations, and really expected more. Food was okay, but it was not fantastic. The turkey was dry and flavor wasn't distributed well, and the pulled pork was also very dry. Mac n cheese was okay, but wasn't note worthy. Hubby had the brisket and said it was okay but again wasn't overly impressed.Food: 3/5

Overall, the majority of the dishes were delicious. However, the mac and cheese noodles were overcooked, resulting in a mushy texture without the desired bite. Despite this, the brisket was incredibly tender, the chicken was well-seasoned, and the corn was a standout side dish that should not be missed.
I wanted to try some bbq and I just moved to Vienna. Someone suggested looking in Falls Church for BBQ. Liberty BBQ came up.Yum! The brisket was delicious and the Mac n cheese was good. Definitely satisfied my barbecue craving and will be coming back!

Visiting from out of town. Found this spot on Instagram and we’re so glad we did. Fast service, great food and fun atmosphere. Fried chicken sandwich is highly recommended.Food: 5/5
