Liberty Bell Beefeater

A typical Beefeater, you get a very passable meal in pleasant surroundings at a more than reasonable price. The menu is varied with a fair choice of starters, mains and desserts to choose from. We all had the Calamari as a starter with Gammon Steaks and Praw Skewers as mains, all were good. The service was both friendly and efficient. The only real ale on tap but oddly not in the menu) was a very acceptable Doom Bar, but they did have additional bottled beers and the usual suspects on tap in the bar. First time eating there. Went with friends. Nice atmosphere, clean and comfortable. Service very good. We all had steak and was cooked to perfection. Would recommend. Parking: Parking was free up to 3 hours when eating in restaurant. Give your registration number at the bar. Simple.
