Liberty Coffee Haus

The atmosphere is wonderful, and the coffee is fantastic! The place has a charming old-school vibe, with a variety of seating options available. There are several dining choices as well. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because of the operating hours. Every time I want to visit, it seems to be closed. Please consider extending your hours!

I brought a friend here for his first visit, and we were really impressed! The coffee was excellent. He ordered a sausage roll, and we shared a cinnamon roll, which was delicious. The atmosphere was soothing, and the noise level was low—ideal for relaxing or studying. We’re definitely planning to return soon. This place is truly a hidden gem in Victoria!

Had a dirty chai latte. Attendant was friendly and quick. I love smaller community coffee shops like this because they're the real deal. The milk was steamed and the espresso poured and smooth. Had a kolache as well and the bakery items were made inhouse. They had a stage so I'm guessing offer music. Homey and welcoming atmosphere.

The atmosphere is fantastic, and the customer service is outstanding! I am completely hooked on the Amazing Snickers. Before my ladies' group started meeting there, I had never tried coffee, espresso, cappuccino, frappuccino, or anything similar (and I’m 47 years old). The owner recommended that drink, and it’s incredible!

The workers are marvelously nice and the environment has a charming 1700s feel to it. The green cieling can only be noticed when u look up and I am glad they are environmentally friendly. They also have a cute sewn girl that sits in the back chair.Beautiful place and wonderful beverages.
