Je tombe de ma chaise en lisant les commentaires des 19 et 20 août qui proviennent clairement des mêmes personnes. Nous allons régulièrement en couple, et entre collègues à l'Idée et n avons jamais été déçus. Nous avons justement pris le thon aux agrumes (un délice très bien cuit, à ma demande) et l agneau fondant et agrémenté de légumes de saison. Certes les menus ne sont pas donnés mais c est le prix à payer pour avoir des produits de qualité et une cuisine qui a de la personnalité. Étant en terrasse (et sans réservation, ms en demandant gentiment) ns avons constaté que les gens qui arrivent s assoient sans rien demander, ce qui gène les serveuses, normal... cela blesse donc peut être l ég...
Central, on a place full of charm (not trees! . Choice of place where one wants (chance?: interior, outside in the sun or in the shade. Suggestion of the moment alone or gourmet dishes or a menu. In the latter, there was a very correct gravlax salmon, and also a picanha of calf missing a bit of tenderness to my taste, accompanied by a shortened crayfish. With a delicious sauce. Back to the Idea Restaurant tonight, September 2023. The dinner was always as delicious with the Gravelax de Saumon, and then the 7-hour lamb, accompanied by fried vegetables, yellow and orange carrot, beet, fennel and eggplant. To crown the meal the Pavlova!! Serve quickly with a lot of kindness and quiet attention by a smiling, elegant and discreet server July Notice: Delicious meals, fresh products, very well presented and served quickly with a lot of attention. I recommend the Mesclun salad with hot honey goat bricks and the yellow place with deliciously prepared coconut milk.
Just spent a lovely evening at this restaurant and had a good time. Service was a bit slow but food was good. We had two menus gourmands and were really impressed. We had a three course menu in Orléans the previous day at the same price and food was not half as good. We loved the salmon tartare starters as well as our mains the lamb and the rumpsteak and my strawberry soup was good as well. The Delice de l'Idée was maybe not the best dessert on the menu as the mango could have been riper. Overall that was a really nice meal on the terrasse.
