Lido Restaurant - Reservar una mesa

We have been eating at this local restaurant for years and returned this week after a break of about four months. The new decor is excellent, especially the addition of sound absorption plates and lighting. A very pleasant atmosphere where you can dine in the presence of soft music. The manager sets an exceptionally high service standard and employs a selection of Vietnamese employees that could not be more helpful. The original menu has changed somewhat with the addition of several new dishes. The food has always been great and that's what it is. If you enjoy Vietnamese food, I recommend it thoroughly. Try an early booking before the restaurant fills. It's very popular.

First, although they claim to be a Vietnamese restaurant, the kitchen is generally found asian with numerous dishes in other Asian countries such as Thailand, Indonesia etc. The food is delicious. With fresh ingredients, the flavors with portions are tasty... greedy. The menu has a very long list of courts with too many choices in my view that makes decisions quite difficult. The staff is helpful and friendly. The big plus is that there are BYO wines. Would come back.

Try the banquet menus or the daily specials if you are a regular. We had the $40 banquet (min of 4 people), well presented and flavoured. We went the banquet as the table couldn't make it mind up over two of the daily specials.

I enjoy Brekkie at Lido. Posh and expensive as you would expect, but Fab atmosphere and great view. Good coffee and beautiful eggs. Lunch and beyond will be a tade to pretentious also for me, but before 11:00, its great.

Samosa escaped super. 4 shared net all pretty good. Tables a little small for the common style food. All right. People I was with love it and go there regularly
