My sister has been raving about the extra hot green chili burrito from Santiago for ten years. When we recently drove to Denver, the first place she took us was Santiago's Express. It was a long drive from her house in Lakewood, but once we got our food, it was totally worth it. My wife and I both ordered the chicken burrito – I got mine extra hot with cheese, while my wife opted for half and half without cheese. It was EXCELLENT! The green chili was incredible; it not only packed heat but also had great flavor. Great breakfast burrito for the price. The food is consistently good, and it’s the only place where I can get my burrito with hot chile. There are often long lines since they are always busy, but they move pretty quickly.

The long line says it all. They're popular because their food is truly delicious. Plus, their prices are similar to fast food, but the quality is far superior. It's definitely worth a visit!
