The prices for the same item change daily, which can be frustrating. Recently, they’ve started closing around noon to count the cash register, even when there’s a line of customers waiting. I don't understand why they decided to do this during peak hours; perhaps having a second register ready would allow them to assist customers while counting the other one? It shouldn't take half an hour to do that. As others have mentioned, it seems like many of the staff aren't particularly enthusiastic about their jobs. However, I have to say that the peanut butter dream shake is amazing!
