This is my first time in a while where I’ve gone into a coffee shop and the energy alone made me want to walk out. It was 8am and I don’t expect high energy, but the worker looked like she absolutely did not want to be there. I went based off of reviews and saw the aesthetic pictures of the food, but nearly nothing was available. I opted for a croissant, but my friend pointed out a roach in the pastry display. I’m sure that the other reviews are a good reflection of this shop, but I’m a little let down of my experience.
Rating the COFFEE ? ? I am a coffee drinker..not all milk milk with my coffee,flavors,sweeteners and a lil coffee.. I want coffee with a splash of milk..real coffee..fuerte! Strong and delish! This is DEF the spot! I don't normally get Lattes because its never strong enough,milky, but based on reviews,I went for it and from the first sip,oh my??. Got the chicken empanada was good. The croissants are big and good. The girl serving was really sweet GRACIAS.
This place surpasses all the local coffee shops in NYC! It’s a locally owned gem with fantastic coffee. During my first visit, I struck up a conversation with the person making my coffee, who was incredibly friendly and even offered me a complimentary breakfast empanada to try. After spending some time there, I realized he was the owner, and his enthusiasm for coffee and food was truly inspiring. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
We visited this place after exploring the Edison Museum. Finding street parking was a breeze, and it was just a short walk to the cafe. Inside, there are a few small tables and a very welcoming staff. We ordered an iced matcha latte, an iced cappuccino, and some spinach and feta pastries. They made for a perfect snack before heading home. The pastry was crispy, the filling was delicious, and the drinks were fantastic too!

Occasionally will I get pastries, but my folks here keep it fresh and ready! My thing? Is preparation of my CBD Cafe! Beautiful atmosphere!!! ????always family
the workers were so cool esp the weird tall one with highlights! coffee was great and they never disappoint i love this place!!!
The best coffee in the area, excellent customer service, and the girl working during the weekdays is absolutely delightful!
The employees at Light Bulb Cafe are extremely rude and unprofessional towards customers.
