L'Ile Verte - Reservar una mesa

We ate yesterday evening in the Ile verte, where you can eat until pm. The food was surprisingly good, given the crammed noisy place with tables too close. We waited minutes at least until somebody came to ask for our order. The worst...thing for us was that most of the waiters wore their mask under their noses, only covering the mouth. Sometimes they took them off entirely to talk to each other less than a meter away. With the again rising infection rates that’s unacceptable. Who wants to go into lockdown again ? Wearing masks protects others.

Popped in for lunch, of us ate; mussels with bacon mushrooms a Galette super complet. My biggest personal gripe when eating mussels out is when they are poorly prepared, having too much beard left on them are gritty the sauce...is weak tasteless!!(unfortunately I have experienced this too often). Not here though; a delicious bowl of meaty healthy looking mussels cooked perfectly with fresh ingredients. The best I have eaten thus far out of a dozen examples. The Galette was apparently also excellent. Recommend.

I had my first moules (mussels) meal in Brittany here and it did not disappoint. Food is great. Service is quick. However, to safeguard from tables should be measured properly for social distancing as the tables are still very close to one another.

Usual local fare pizze, moules and galettes reasonably priced and tasty. Outside seating available directly overlooking a super beach. Shame it was pouring down when we visited but it was the middle of June, so what could we expect!

The pizza I had at lunch here to day was delicious! Thin crust, fresh ingredients, just superb! Would definitely recommend it.
