Wonderful discovery. A talented young boss. Reception and professional service but very pleasant the chief's wife? A perfect mastery of the tastes and cuisine from the entrance to the dessert. This restaurant, in a small village lost, but close to Vethieul and the Roche Guyon, really deserves the detour and in my opinion a Michelin star.
