A couple of days ago, I ordered chicken fried rice from this restaurant. After paying for it, I took it home, but was very disappointed to find that there was no chicken—just a lot of rice and excessive onions. I felt really let down because I had trusted them with my order. I returned today to speak with the manager about the issue, approaching him calmly and explaining that I had received chicken fried rice without any chicken. His response was dismissive; he simply asked, "What do you want me to do about it?" His attitude was quite rude, and I've noticed this behavior from him during my previous visits as well. I had a terrible experience with the service. I placed an order at 6 PM on October 21, 2023, and was told it would take 45 to 60 minutes. After an hour, I called back twice and was assured that my food was on its way. However, after two hours, I received a call stating that my order had been overlooked and asked if I could wait another 15 minutes. At that point, I decided to cancel my order. I would not recommend Lim Fong’s; they are not reliable if you’re hungry. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Food rating: 2.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and the staff member who assisted us was quite rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others. On several occasions, they have also messed up our orders and forgotten items in the bag. Even during delivery, items were missing. Overall, it was not a good experience.

I placed an online order and when I arrived, I noticed a man in front of me yelling at a girl who was sitting there in tears. I approached the staff to confirm my order and showed them my receipt, but they simply told me that it was a matter of luck and suggested I call customer service for assistance. There always busy which is always a great sign when in a new area looking for good Chinese agmost many choices. They are very fast over the phone or in person, orders are accurate, friendly...large portions that taste amazing! We enjoy fantastic meals every week. My family places an order once a week and tries various dishes, all of which have been delicious. The spare rib tips were spot on, and the General Tso's chicken and lo mein are consistently excellent. I'm already looking forward to selecting what to try next week!

Fried rice was just yellow rice and onions. Barely any other veggies in it. Fried chicken wings were wing portions and were over fried. I got the lunch special. This is my second time buying that on separate occasions. Was not happy with my food. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
