Limericks Traditional Public House

This restaurant is an excellent spot for sports enthusiasts, featuring numerous TVs and a lively atmosphere. They offer a nice variety of local craft beers as well as imported options. However, if you're vegetarian, the menu can be disappointing. The main choices are a veggie pizza or basic nachos. The waitress did suggest that I could order any dish and simply request it without meat, but dishes like 'Fish Chips,' 'Baum Cake,' 'St. Louis Rib,' or 'Butter Chicken' without the meat would just end up being a plate of fries, which isn’t very appealing.

It's a 5 star pub on MacLeod trail (it's MacLeod Trail aka HWY 2A, so it's a chain~ it's not a UK country pub). The service was excellent and the food was too. I've been going to this pub for about 20 years on and off. We just ate there today and all I can say is wow! I had the poke bowl and I was incredibly impressed. I used to come here for the boar burger a very long time ago, but this poke bowl was definitely a refreshing update!

UFC night and Flames game. Food was tasty. Table had nachos with flavourful Cajun chicken. Fish and chips. Tex Mex bowl. Steak bites and onion soup. Big burger. They were able to make my special request as tooth extraction today and accommodated what I could eat. Service was excellent. Keep our glasses full all evening. Friendly servers. Clean including washrooms. Covid protocols in place.

Used Skip to order some wings and the sticky toffee pudding, unfortunately the latter doesn't come with toppings when ordered through Skip. Unfortunately the dessert was dry and unappealing without said toppings but when we asked for the brownie instead, they obliged AND gave us toppings to go with it. The staff was great, friendly. Our order of wings, rib(so tasty) caesar salad and potatoes with engraving- everything was great that they made our drinks to our wishes. Very recommended. I'll be back. The food is excellent!

Haha, I was so tired that I ended up taking a picture of the digital menu instead of grabbing the link. Oops! The food here is excellent, and the staff is super friendly. I really enjoyed coming back to this place.
