Limestone Bbq And Bourbon

This was my first time at Limestone. The welcome was great. After walking in you get a chance to see the chefs back there prepping the meats and bbq'n. One asked if this was our first time. After telling him it was he said it was gonna change our life. It almost did! The food was pretty good. The meats her tasty, sausage really spicy. Too spicy for me. The sides were ok.. a little bland. The greens had a little too much vinegar for my taste. The Mac cheese was really good ??. Sounds crazy but the Chilli was loaded with meat. Of course, a good grill on the east coast is difficult to find. Mostly you need to travel south to find that real deal, authentically smoked BBQ... limestone has done a decent job, I had much better and I had much worse. The meats were smokey, they had a nice selection of sauces available on each table. I chose the Slav White Cheddar Mac for some pages not badly needed just some salt, and maybe a more cheesy taste for my pleasure, but overall delicious!! You have live music on Saturday, even if we went to 9:00 the music was still hopping and people still had a great time.

Chips and cheese appetizer was great and worth the few dollars. I got the brisket and pulled pork comb Brisket was dry by itself, but this Classiq sauce did it? the pig was highly recommended to try this place

I like this place very much. The chicken salad is amazing. Plus smoked turkey. Very delicious food. Great drink card. Always a friendly server. Enjoy eating out with my best mate.
